How it works

Seven steps, most of them automated. The two that matter — extracting the dec page and issuing the certificate — always have a licensed agent in the loop.

1. 01

   You upload your declarations page

   PDF or image, one file per policy. Takes 30 seconds. We accept scans, exports from carrier portals, or agent-provided decs.

2. 02

   AI reads the policy details

   Carrier, NAIC number, policy #, effective / expiration dates, per-coverage limits, endorsements. You confirm the extracted values.

3. 03

   Your agent approves the policy

   A licensed RoadRunn3r agent verifies against carrier records and marks the policy issuable.

4. 04

   You request a certificate

   Add the holder (name + address), toggle Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation as needed, type what the job is in plain English.

5. 05

   AI drafts the ACORD verbiage

   Your plain-English request becomes compliant Description of Operations text. AI also flags any coverage or endorsement mismatches.

6. 06

   Agent reviews and issues

   A licensed agent reviews the draft, addresses AI warnings, and issues the official ACORD 25 (2016/03).

7. 07

   Certificate holder receives

   The filled PDF is emailed to the holder with you cc'd. Everything is logged and downloadable from your portal.
