Pricing questions

What counts as a certificate or request?

Each ACORD 25 generated and delivered to a holder counts once. Re-sending an already issued certificate to the same holder is free.

What happens if we exceed our included volume?

Nothing stops working. Overages are metered at the rates in the table above, and if the next plan up would cost you less we'll move you there instead.

Do you need to be agent of record?

For the Preferred Insured plan, No — RoadRunn3r issues certificates as a contracted broker representing the insured. You can keep your current agent and we'll manage the certificates for you as a service broker. Agency plans issue under your own agency's licensing and templates.

Can we prepay annually?

Yes. Annual prepayment is effectively two months free: Preferred Insured $490/year, Agency $2,140/year, and Agency Pro $4,950/year.
